Refund and Exchange Policy
Ticket sales are non-refundable. We offer a "Refund Protection" feature that provides eligibility for a refund in case of unforeseen circumstances. If you choose this option at checkout, you protect your purchase and receive a full payment refund including fees. Don't forget to take advantage of this feature! Also note, that some event tickets can be transferred to other family members or friends.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Oscoda AuSable Chamber of Commerce). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
